- What if I move?
Congratulations on your new home! Good news, your membership can move with you! Just let us know the new address and we will set up your Blue Star Partner Plan as well as an Equipment Evaluation appointment, so you can continue to have peace of mind and enjoy your benefits.
- Is my membership transferable to another homeowner?
No, but we would be happy to sign up any homeowner so they can enjoy the same benefits. We love referrals!
- Can I purchase this as a gift?
Yes, what a great gift! Give us a call at (208) 944-2107 and we can set this up for you and take care of all the rest.
- How do I switch my auto payment to another checking account?
We make it simple! Just give us a call us at (208) 944-2107 and we would be happy to update your payment information.
- Can I write a check each month?
We can’t accept checks for the monthly payments, but we do accept ACH payments. All we need is your routing number and account number. This means less paper and no stamps.
- When will my membership come out of my account?
Your membership will come out on the 15th of each month. If it happens to fall on a weekend, it will be on the nearest business day.
- How do I renew my membership?
Your membership will auto-renew after the first year without skipping a beat. We want to ensure your home is protected and maintained regularly.
- Do you offer after hours services?
We understand that when things happen unexpectedly, you need help right away! During regular business hours, all Blue Star Partners do not pay the trip charge. However, there is an after-hours emergency service trip charge of $150. As a Blue Star Partner, you receive preventative maintenance to greatly reduce the chances of ever being in an emergency situation.
- Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Memberships are an annual contract. After the first year, if you wish to cancel, we require a 30-day notice.
- Is there a cancellation fee?
We are sad to see you go! The Blue Star Partner service agreement is for one (1) year. If you wish to cancel your partnerships, you will be required to pay the remaining amount left on the service agreement term.
- What if I decide I want Whole Home Protection (all 3 trades) after I signed up for just 1 trade?

- My home systems are old, does that matter?
Not at all, we will maintain your old equipment and let you know when to start planning for replacements. We want you to get the most life out of your equipment while keeping your home safe.
- Do you need to inspect my home before I become a member?
Your Technician will do that for you while he is there for your appointment. No appointment? No problem! We will give you a call, and schedule our Comfort Specialist to come visit you at your home to collect equipment information, such as model numbers and filter size. This ensures we can provide you with the best service when scheduling your seasonal check-ups.
- As a member, if you do not perform any work, do I still pay the trip charge?
Blue Star Partners have no trip charges! You also receive priority scheduling for repairs and installs.
- Will I receive the discount the day I sign up?
Absolutely! Once you are signed up you can enjoy your benefits right away. Please keep in mind, any service or install performed by Magic, completed prior to the contracted service agreement is not eligible for Blue Star Partner discounts. Talk to our Comfort Advisor for more details.
- Do I need the Extended Home Care Plan if I have two water heaters or two heating systems?
Great question, we make it easy. An additional furnace is only $12.50 per month, and an additional water heater is only $8.00 per month.
- Can I use a promotion or coupon with my Membership?
